What is Keystone Creatives?

Keystone Creatives is designed to strengthen Pennsylvania’s creative economy by expanding access to capital and business support for creative entrepreneurs.

COMING SOON! Bridgeway Capital and Pennsylvania Creative Industries, powered by Pennsylvania Council on the Arts, are working to develop the next phase of the Creative Entrepreneur Accelerator (CEA) program, which is slated to be available statewide this fall. In its next evolution, the CEA program will offer expanded funding amounts and additional business support resources for grantees.

Interested creative entrepreneurs will be able to apply to the CEA program through the Keystone Creatives platform, as well as access resources that support sustainable entrepreneurship, a network of fellow creative entrepreneurs, information on funding opportunities, trainings, business resources, and more.

About the Creative Entrepreneur Accelerator Program

The Creative Entrepreneur Accelerator program was created by the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts (PCA) in 2021. The CEA program is designed to provide business development services and financial support to creative entrepreneurs located in communities across the Commonwealth. Since its launch, the CEA program has supported more than 1,000 creative entrepreneurs across the Commonwealth. Investing in creative entrepreneurs strengthens Pennsylvania’s creative economy.

The CEA program is designed for creative entrepreneurs who aspire to grow their for-profit creative business in ways that positively impact their communities. The program encourages the participation of interested creative entrepreneurs located in communities across the Commonwealth, including those located in low-income communities, urban, suburban, and rural communities.
